Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM for all rooms and suites. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability.
How many room categories does the hotel have?
There are 12 room and suite categories: Classic Room, Executive Room, Deluxe Room, Premium Room, Club Executive Room, Club Premium Room, Premier Room, Family Room, Sky Suite, Club Suite, Emperor Room and King Room. See them all on the Accommodations page.
Which rooms have a private pool?
The King Room has a private pool inside the room, the Emperor Room has an infinity pool on its balcony, and the Sky Suite has a private inbuilt pool.
Is breakfast included with the room?
Yes. A complimentary breakfast is included with all room categories.
Is Wi-Fi available in the rooms?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in every room category.
What does Club Access include?
Club Access comes with the Club Executive Room, Club Premium Room and Club Suite. It includes access to the Club lounge, a room on the Club floor and breakfast.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
The hotel is non-smoking throughout all indoor spaces. Designated outdoor areas are available for guests who smoke.
